I worked with Bill for a number of years at Downstate. I considered him more of a good friend than a fellow officer. He would do anything to help you out and always available for words of wisdom with anything to do with "working around the house." I missed him a great deal after he retired and now will miss him even more with his passing. My wife and I would like to offer our sincere condolences to his family and send our prayers. Rest in Peace Bill.
