Joseph F. Cummings, 71, of Peekskill, N.Y passed away on September 23rd, 2019.
Joseph was born on Staten Island in 1948 to Helen and Edward Cummings. He worked as a teacher for the New York City Board of Education until he retired in 2003. He enjoyed swimming and was an avid reader.
He is survived by his sister Dorothy Santospirito, his brother Edward, his nieces, Julianne and Melissa and his brother-in-law, Christian, and his sister-in-law, Judi.
A memorial service to celebrate his life will be held on Saturday, September 28th from 11am to 1pm at Heritage Funeral Home, Morrissey Drive, Putnam Valley.
